Training Walks
Does your pup still pull on the leash? We also offer Training Walks with our behavior consultant/owner Lauralea Oliver. These walks are available by the half hour only. Loose leash walking skills will be taught to your dog in a safe, humane and reward-based method. Special equipment may be required in some cases; i.e. Gentle Leaders, Martingale collars.

Pet and House Sitting
This service includes a reliable and trustworthy human for companionship and care while the family is away. Evening and morning walks are included in this service. Playtime and cuddles are also abundantly provided. Feedings, medications and treats are given at the owner's instructions. Plants are watered, mail/newspapers are collected, rubbish bins are taken out/in, lights rotated and any other small animals are cared for at the owner's request and instruction.

Potty Breaks or Feedings
This service is especially helpful for puppies, cats or for pets who don't need a long walk. A reliable, trustworthy person will look in on the pet for a brief time. An outside potty break is provided for dogs or puppies and litter box scooping for cats or kittens. Water bowls are replenished. Meals and medications can be given, if instructed. This service is available throughout the day and into the early evening.

Doggie Hikes
A nice vigorous hike in the hills is a wonderful way for a well-trained pet to get some much needed exercise. Dogs may be on or off leash at the handler's and owner's discretion. We only take SMALL groups of dogs. No more than four compatible canines at a time. Hikes last approximately one hour.

Behavior Consultation & Dog Training
Behavior consults and dog training services are given through private sessions with Lauralea Oliver, Certified Pet Dog Trainer. Consultations may result in behavior modification programs or a recommendation to another trainer or group class. Behavioral issues are addressed using a personalized, case specific procedure implementing reward-based training methods. All family members are encouraged to be present for each 90-minute meeting.
